Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

At Knight Timepiece, you can place an order for a particular watch in order to gain early access before we officially launch. You’ll be able to order any watch you love before it’s available for formal sale. 

How do I pre-order a Knight Timepiece?

Simple! Just head over to the product(s) you like and hit the pre-order button. The product(s) will automatically be added to your cart, for you to check out with.

When will I receive my product?

We will be dispatching all pre-order items on the 30th July 2017. Once the orders are dispatched you will receive the precise estimated time of arrival via email. This will vary from country to country (please see shipping information for details).

 

My order

What is your order process?

Very simple and straight-forward! After you submit your payment information in the checkout process, you shall receive an email of confirmation from us straight away. This will be to the email address you provided.  If you do not receive this contact us at info@knighttimepiece.com

How do I change or cancel my order?

Had a change of heart? Not to worry, we can sort this for you! Just email us at info@knighttimepiece.com and we will do our best to make any changes on your order or refund the full amount you have paid.

What is your return policy?

We aim to make our returns process hassle free! You can get a full refund within 14 days and your watch is under warranty for 365 days. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Why have I not received an email notification?

Please ensure you have checked your junk mail before emailing us at info@knighttimepiece.com If you have still not received the email within 15-20 minutes after completing the transaction, we will be more than happy to resend you one.

How long does it take to get a response?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We will do our utmost to reply to you within a few hours of your email and no longer than 24 hours.

Yes – of course! We will be featuring the most creative pictures from our customers on our social media and fear not even if you’re not creative you will be entered into a prize draw to win another watch of your choice!
