Replacement and Refunds
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. We have a simple returns policy for all domestic and international orders to make your life easier. Please contact Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule the return.
If you face an issue with the quality of our timepiece you can return it and you will receive a refund within 30 days. Please note that shipping is not included within this timeframe. However, we are happy to reimburse you for the cost of shipping if the fault is on our side.
If you receive your watch in a damaged state from the transit process, we will require you to send us pictures of the damage within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Please send these images to email@example.com and we will aim to get another one out to you as soon as possible.
Item must show no signs of use (unworn with no blemishes or scratches etc.) – if the returned item proves to be in a worn condition, it will be returned back to you. The verdict on this return may take up to 7 days to process, so please do not be alarmed if you do not hear from us within this time.
Before you return any item to Knight Timepiece, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. Please ensure that all criteria are met before making the decision to return any items.
Note: Knight Timepiece reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose to, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
Returning for Replacement or Refund
1. Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that there is no artificial damage to the watch, we will arrange an exchange or offer a refund.
2. Non Quality Issues:
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
